Harmful airborne microorganisms, such as bacteria, viruses, fungi & now the latest Omicron float freely in the air and are highly prevalent in high traffic & populous areas such as schools, airports, offices and hospitals, etc.. They can cause severe health hazards to humans. In workplace environments they cause poor ‘indoor air quality’ (IAQ) and cause health issues known as ‘Sick Building Syndrome’. UV-C light (253.7nm short wave) should be used for air disinfection systems, our Pi Star air disinfection system are inactivating 99.99% of all microorganisms present in the air and surfaces.
Pi Star UV-C air disinfection systems expose the air to UV-C light using either natural or mechanical ventilation, inactivating airborne viruses, bacteria including SARS-CoV-2, Covid, & now the latest Omicron and improving the indoor air quality when installed and applied with the correct dosage. Our Pi Star UV-C air disinfection system is highly effective in the deactivation of viruses, bacteria, protozoa, fungi or other harmful microorganisms.
